油底壳是发动机辐射噪声的主要来源之一。通过分析研究油底壳与发动机产生共振的频率区域,进而对油底壳结构进行拓扑优化,改进模型结构。通过优化结果表明,增加密度较大位置的厚度同减小密度较小位置的厚度方法一样,达到提高模型的刚度目的,即提高了模型的固有频率,从而很好地避免与发动机形成共振,降低了发动机的噪声。基于LMS实验的方法提高了发动机油底壳结构优化的准确性。
