气体容量吸收法是测定常量气体组分的经典方法,但是,也容易造成误差。目前就产生误差原因进行分析报导尚少。我们通过测试,找出了产生误差的原因及其消除的方法。造成分析误差,除了取样点选择不当,温度、压力、量气管刻度不准、气流速度不一致等外,其中还有一个主要原因是梳型管道及导向吸收瓶支管存在,给分析结果带来误差。按照一般操作程序,先用待测气体试样冲洗梳型管道2~3次,赶走管内空气,然后正式取样100毫升,依次压入各吸收瓶,反复吸收完全。这样,实际上被吸收剂吸收的:分析试样中各组份气体,不仅仅是量气管中的分析试样,
The gas volumetric absorption method is the classic method of determining the composition of a constant gas, however, it is also prone to error.
