学困生,顾名思义就是在学习上遇到困难的学生。他们多表现为对学习没有兴趣,对自己缺乏信心,把课业看作负担。其形成的原因多是由在低年级阶段持续长时间的学习困难、知识障碍积累、被动学习造成的,同时由于长期的学业失败而造成了心理自卑,丧失了学习兴趣。因此,帮助学困生树立自信是改变他们学习困境的首要条件。那么,作为教师的我们应该怎样做,才能让学困生扬起自信的风帆呢?下面是我在教学中的几点做法:一、给予关爱,让学困生感受到温暖
Students learning hardship, as the name suggests is that students have difficulties in learning. They are mostly showing no interest in learning, lack of confidence in themselves, and taking homework as a burden. The causes are mostly caused by learning difficulties, accumulation of knowledge barriers and passive learning that persist for a long time in the lower grades, meanwhile they lose their interest in learning because of long-term academic failure. Therefore, helping poor students to establish self-confidence is the primary condition to change their learning difficulties.
