检测人外周血自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的方法,国外多用~(51)Cr释放法。国内生产的铬酸钠(Na_2~(51)CrO_4)比放射性较低,因此标记率也较低。我们将国产与进口的铬酸钠作了一些实验比较,初步结果报道如下:
To detect the activity of natural killer (NK) cells in human peripheral blood, the method of ~ (51) Cr release is widely used abroad. Domestic sodium chromate (Na_2 ~ (51) CrO_4) is less radioactive and has a lower labeling rate.
