随着工业科技的高速发展,需要造就大量高素质的知识型、技能型人才。对于职业教育而言,如果仅运用传统的教学模式来进行教学,容易使学生形成定向思维,缺乏自主创新的意识,对学生顺利就业、适应当代科技生产是十分不利的。针对这种情况,在钳工教学中,应结合实际,利用现有条件,丰富教学内容,改进老、旧教学模式与手段,对教学进行改革,激发学生的学习意愿,以适应当前社会需求。
With the rapid development of industrial technology, we need to create a large number of high-quality knowledge-based and skilled personnel. For vocational education, if only the traditional teaching mode is used for teaching, it is easy for students to form oriented thinking and lack of awareness of independent innovation. It is very unfavorable for students to get employed smoothly and adapt to contemporary science and technology production. In view of this situation, in the fitter teaching, we should combine the reality, use the existing conditions, enrich the teaching content, improve the old and old teaching modes and means, reform the teaching, stimulate the students’ willingness to learn and adapt to the current social needs.
