一种汽车驱动桥总成试验台的设计

摘要: 驱动桥总成是汽车的重要组成部件,驱动桥总成实验系统是汽车生产过程中的重要环节。分析力汽车驱动桥总成的性能要求,设计了一种汽车驱动桥总成试验台。主要介绍了试验装置的组成结构,机电系统的具体配置。该试验台线下运行稳定,对现阶段汽车驱动桥总成试验装置的设计具有一定借鉴意义。
Abstract: The drive axle assembly is an important component of the automobile, and the drive axle assembly experimental system is an important link in the automobile production process. The performance requirements of automobile drive axle assembly are analyzed, and an automobile drive axle assembly test bench is designed. This paper mainly introduces the composition and structure of the test device and the specific configuration of the electromechanical system. The off-line operation of the test bench is stable, which has certain reference significance for the design of automobile drive axle assembly test device at the present stage.

0 引言
驱动桥总成是汽车的重要组成部件,在以发动机为动力的汽车机械式传动系中,驱动桥被用来将发动机发出的扭矩传递到驱动轮,驱动桥使用频繁,常见的故障有齿轮副早期磨损,齿轮断裂,主齿轮轴承早期磨损,驱动桥发响,驱动桥发热,驱动桥漏油等。
