职业教育的目的是培养企业需要的技能型、应用型技术人才。校企合作、工学结合的培养模式就是培养这样人才的主要方法和模式。但是,从当前的实际情况看,一些职业院校培养的学生与企业的岗位技能要求存在不少差距,即供与求存在落差。一是大量的职业院校毕业生不能很好地实现就业;二是企业现代技术岗位又找不到高素质的技能人才。因此,进一步加强校企合作的规范化、制度化建设就是实现高素质人才培养的根本保证。
The purpose of vocational education is to develop the skills needed by enterprises, applied technical personnel. School-enterprise cooperation, the combination of work-study model is to train such personnel the main methods and models. However, judging from the actual situation at present, there are many gaps in the job skills requirements of students and enterprises cultivated in some vocational colleges, namely, the gap between supply and demand. First, a large number of graduates of vocational colleges can not achieve good employment; Second, enterprises can not find high-quality modern technology jobs skilled personnel. Therefore, to further strengthen the standardization and institutionalization of school-enterprise cooperation is the fundamental guarantee for the cultivation of qualified personnel.
