我国经济制度的改革已经走过了30的艰辛历程,在这30年的风雨艰辛中我国逐渐从计划经济转变为市场经济国家。当我国正处在计划经济时期,大型的国有企业一直是我国国民经济的有力支柱,但同时,国有企业也是受计划经济体制束缚最深的。所以当我国进行经济改革时,国有经济一直是改革的重中之重。当我国经济体制改革进行到一定程度时,国有企业的改革已经取得了一定的经济效果,但是还远远没有达到改革的目标。对大型的国有企业如何进行有效的改革,实现对国有企业的机制创新以及制度转换一直是一个大的难题。
The reform of China’s economic system has gone through the difficult course of 30 years. In these 30 years of hardship and trouble, our country gradually transformed from a planned economy to a market economy country. When our country is in the period of planned economy, large-scale state-owned enterprises have always been a strong pillar of our national economy, but at the same time, state-owned enterprises are also bound by the planned economic system. Therefore, when our country is carrying out economic reforms, the state-owned economy has always been the top priority of the reform. When our country’s economic system reform reaches a certain level, the reform of state-owned enterprises has achieved some economic results, but it still falls far short of the goal of the reform. How to carry out effective reform of large state-owned enterprises and realize the mechanism innovation and the system transformation of state-owned enterprises have always been a big problem.
