电话网管理系统是通信网综合管理系统的一个专业网络管理系统,其管理范围包括本地电话网、长途自动电话网、长途人工电话网、信令网、智能网。网络管理主要是对网络的运行状态进行监测与控制,便其能够有效、可靠、安全、经济地提供服务。其中功能之一的话务统计管理具有采集交换设备话务信息,产生话务报告,并提供对话务信息的统计、显示和上报以及对任务的更新和调整等功能。话务信息的优劣直接反映设备运转的情况、服务质量的优劣和网络运行的性能,在整个管理系统中有着非常重要的作用。现就针话务信息处理在网管系统中的若干实现方案进行了研究。
