胡锦涛同志最近明确指出, “要结合农村实际,围绕建设社会主义新农村这个主题,有针对性地开展正面教育,解决党组织和党员队伍中存在的突出问题,解决影响改革、发展、稳定的主要问题,解决群众最关心的重点问题,务求取得实效。”各级党组织要充分认识搞好农村先进性教育活动的重要性和必要性, 增强责任感和使命感,扎实深入地开展先进性教育活动,为建设社会主义新农村打下坚实的思想基础和组织基础。为了搞好第三批先进性教育活动, 我省先在宜昌市夷陵区龙泉镇、京山县孙桥镇、监利县汪桥镇、麻城市福田河镇、保康县尧治河村5个单位进行了试点。现将他们试点的经验介绍如下,以供参加第三批先进性教育活动的单位参考、借鉴。

The pilot experience is introduced below as reference for units participating in the third batch of advanced education activities.
