从构建技术创新效率评价指标体系出发,运用数据包络分析方法 (DEA)对我国中东部及西部共七省(区)的石油天然气产业技术创新效率进行评价及比较。评价结果显示,东部省份石油天然气产业的技术创新效率要高于中部和西部地区,而西部地区中,陕西省的石油天然气产业技术创新效率相对较高。据此,提出西部石油天然气产业技术创新发展应该注意的问题。
Based on the construction of index system of technical innovation efficiency, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate and compare the technological innovation efficiency of oil and gas industry in the central, eastern and western parts of China. The evaluation results show that the technological innovation efficiency of the oil and gas industry in the eastern provinces is higher than that in the central and western regions, while that of the oil and gas industry in Shaanxi Province in the western regions is relatively high. Based on this, the problems that should be paid attention to in technological innovation and development of western oil and gas industry are proposed.
