本文叙述一种高温超高真空炉,该炉是为锯或其它(吸气)金属无污染热处理或脱气发展起来的。 圆筒形试样室直径为550毫米,长度为1200毫米。炉被设计得适于2300K(2030 ℃)的最高工作温度。在锯试样最高容许处理温度(2100K)时,就剩余气体气氛而言,在一个标准试样附近曾测得几个都为10-9 的压力。试样本身周围的剩余气体压力在1700K时大约相当于10-10乇,在1000K时大约相当于10-11乇。炉是按照双真空原理制成的。试样室被连接于超高真空泵系,在实际上没有传导值损失。尽管传导值大规定了辐射损失大,可是由于采用了一种新型热绝缘而炉的所需功率却比在采用常规解决方法时更小。
This article describes a high-temperature, ultra-high vacuum furnace developed for non-polluting heat treatment or degassing of saws or other (suction) metals. The cylindrical sample chamber has a diameter of 550 mm and a length of 1200 mm. The furnace is designed to work at 2300K (2030 ℃) maximum operating temperature. At the maximum permissible processing temperature (2100K) of the saw sample, several pressures of 10-9 were measured in the vicinity of a standard sample for the remaining gas atmosphere. The residual gas pressure around the specimen itself corresponds to about 10-10 Torr at 1700K and about 10-11 Torr at 1000K. Furnace is made according to double vacuum principle. The sample chamber is connected to the ultra-high vacuum pump system without any loss of conductivity value. In spite of the large conduction losses that give rise to large radiation losses, the furnace requires less power than conventional solutions due to the use of a new type of thermal insulation.
