中共兰州市七里河区委在农村社会主义思想教育中,抓“双向”教育,解决“热点”问题,取得了较好的成效。他们的主要做法是:一、抓好社教队员的自身教育,增强社教工作的指导性。区委针对社教队员年纪轻、不熟悉农村情况,缺乏农村工作经验的实际,对区直机关抽调的145名社教干部和乡镇党委书记进行了集中培训。给他们讲开展社教的意义,讲党在农村的各项政策,分任务,教方法,介绍农村情况。各乡镇党委也对驻乡社教队员、乡机关抽调的社教干部、村级干部、乡镇企业领导进行了培训。经过培训,社教队员们提高了理论政策水平,明确了自己的任务,克服了畏难情绪,增强了搞好社教的信心和责任感。
In the education of socialist ideology in rural areas, the Qilihe District Committee of the Communist Party of China Lanzhou City has grasped the “two-way” education and solved the problem of “hot spot” and achieved good results. Their main approach is: First, do a good job of self-education of social education team members and enhance the guidance of social work. District Committee for the education and social team members young, not familiar with the rural situation, the lack of practical work experience in rural areas, the district organs directly under the Central Government cadres and township party secretary conducted centralized training. To tell them the significance of carrying out social education, the party in the rural areas of various policies, tasks, teach methods, introduce the rural situation. The township party committees also conducted trainings on the leaders of social-education cadres, village-level cadres and township and village enterprises dispatched by township social education team members and township organs. After training, the social education team members improved their theoretical and policy levels, defined their own tasks, overcame the fear and increased the confidence and responsibility to do well in the social education.
