用盆钵试验的方法,研究了4种施氮水平和2种氮肥种类下硼对油菜生长的效应.提高施氮水平增加单位植株的硼素累积量,降低单位干重的含硼量.但氮肥水平和种类对土壤热水溶性硼含量没有影响.施用氮肥同时,施硼有提高油菜叶片净光合速率、硝酸还原酶活性和蛋白质氮含量及油菜籽产量的作用.同样在供硼条件下,施氮增加油菜产量.不施硼时,施氮过高反使产量下降,表明氮肥提高油菜对硼素的需要.适宜硼氮平衡有利于植株生长.
The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of boron on rapeseed growth under four nitrogen application levels and two nitrogen application rates.Improving nitrogen application rate increased the boron accumulation per plant and decreased the boron content per unit dry weight.But nitrogenous fertilizer The level and species had no effect on the content of hot water soluble boron in soil, while application of nitrogen fertilizer increased the net photosynthetic rate, nitrate reductase activity, protein nitrogen content and rapeseed yield of rape leaves at the same time. Nitrogen increased the yield of rapeseed.If boron was not applied, the yield was decreased due to too high nitrogen rate, which indicated that nitrogen fertilizer increased the need of boron for rapeseed.The suitable boron and nitrogen balance was beneficial to plant growth.
