随着我国经济不断改革和发展,我国建筑企业已经逐渐转变成自主经营的模式,建筑企业发展的主要目标就是实现利益最大化。随着我国城市化进程的加快,建筑市场的竞争越来越激烈,建筑施工过程中要对施工成本进行合理控制,才能杜绝浪费,实现建筑企业利益最大化,推动建筑企业的可持续发展。本文叙述了建筑施工阶段的成本控制进行了分析。
As China’s economy continues to reform and develop, China’s construction enterprises have gradually transformed into autonomous management mode. The main goal of the development of construction enterprises is to maximize the benefits. With the acceleration of the process of urbanization in our country, the competition in the construction market is getting more and more fierce. In the process of building construction, we should control the construction cost reasonably so as to eliminate waste, maximize the profits of construction enterprises and promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises. This article describes the cost control during the construction phase.
