目的研究葛根的最佳采收期和初加工技术。方法以葛根素的含量为指标,对不同采收期和不同加工方法的葛根,进行比较。结果多年生葛根的葛根素含量最高分别为1.60%,5.11%。在葛根素含量的比较过程中,发现XNY-1的烘干处理与风干处理相差不大,XNY-2的烘干处理比风干处理高出0.124%;XNY-1带皮处理比去皮处理高出0.236%,XNY-2带皮处理则比去皮处理高出0.708%。结论采收期应选在1月或更晚的月份进行,加工方法以带皮烘干为好。
Objective To study the optimum harvesting period and initial processing technology of Radix Puerariae. Methods puerarin content as an index, different harvesting time and different processing methods of Pueraria, were compared. Results The content of Puerarin in perennial Puerariae was 1.60% and 5.11% respectively. During the comparison of puerarin content, it was found that the drying treatment of XNY-1 was similar to air-drying treatment, the drying treatment of XNY-2 was 0.124% higher than that of air-drying treatment; Out of 0.236%, XNY-2 peel processing is 0.708% higher than peeled. Conclusion Harvest period should be selected in January or later months, processing methods to skin drying is better.
