目的：探讨中医辨证治疗方案对类风湿性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法：选取120例患者，按完全随机法均分为 A、B两组，对A组患者行西医常规治疗，对B组患者行中医辨证治疗，于3个月治疗结束后统计并对比两组患者疗效。结果：两组患者均有一定好转，然而A组总有效率及显效率显著低于B组，差异具备统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对类风湿性关节炎患者行中医辨证治疗，疗效更好，更值得采用。“,”Objective :To explore the clinical curative effect of TCM Treatment on patients with rheumatoid arthritis .Methods :120 pa-tients ,were randomly divided into two groups of A ,B ,A group were treated with routine western medicine ,on the B group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment ,at the end of the 3 months after treatment the statistics and compare the two groups of patients .Results :the two groups of patients are improved ,but the total effective rate of group A and the effective rate was significantly low-er than that of B group ,the difference has statistical significance (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :better curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis pa-tients with arthritis ,TCM treatment ,more worthy of the .
