新规范(Ⅱ-15-74)《房屋和构筑物地基》问世后,钢铁设计院等单位要求更详细地阐明考虑地震作用荷载特殊组合时地基承载力的计算方法。按照规范(Ⅱ-15-74)第12-3条要求,这类计算应按该规范第(35)式进行,式中地基承载力φ,表征为相当于地震振动时基土稳定性丧失的极限荷载。
