目的:探讨儿童股骨颈骨折的微创治疗方法、临床疗效和并发症。方法:自2006年7月至2015年12月,收治儿童股骨颈骨折56例,对49例儿童股骨颈骨折采用C型臂X线机引导下骨折闭合复位,复位满意后经皮分别以多枚螺纹根克氏针及空心松质骨拉力螺钉结合螺纹克氏针内固定。单纯石膏外固定治疗7例。结果:51例疗效满意,4例移位,1例股骨头坏死。结论:采用C型臂X线机引导下骨折闭合复位,多枚螺纹根克氏针及空心松质骨拉力螺钉结合螺纹克氏针内固定治疗儿童股骨颈骨折创伤小,治愈率高,并发症少。可获得较为满意临床疗效。“,”Objective To discuss the minimally invasive treatment for children withfemoral neck fracture, and its clinical efficacy and complications.Methods 56 cases of children with femoral neck fracture were included From July 2006 to December 2015.49 cases were managed with closed reduction under the guidance of C-arm X-ray machine. After sucessful reduction, percutaneous inernal fixation was performed with several spiral kirschnerwires ,or with hollow cancellous bone screw and spiral kirschner wire . The other 7 cases were managed with exterior fixation with plaster.Results 51 cases were satisfied with the sucessfulefficacy,while fracture displacement happened in 4 cases and osteonecrosis of the femeral head happened in 1 case.Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment for the children with femoral neck fracture by closed reduction under the guidance of C-arm X-ray machine the C-arm machine, and percutaneous inernal fixation was performed with several spiral kirschner wires ,or with hollow cancellous bone screw and spiral kirschner wire, shows high recovery rate, low incidence of complications and satisfactory clinical efficacy.
