受激光加工,又叫做莱塞光加工或称光量子冲击加工,它是近几年来才在机械加工当中应用的。虽然比较年轻,但它的发展还是很快的,目前国内外,已初步在生产中应用。为使读者对它有所了解,在这里就简单地谈谈受激光加工的装置及其基本原理。很多人都有这样的经验,在太阳光照射下,如果拿一块凸透镜,就会看到,在凸透镜下形成一个光亮的圆点,此时,要把纸张或火柴等易燃物放在镜下,很快就冒烟燃烧(图1)。这一事实,说明光本身就是一种能量,经过聚焦之后,在焦点(即上述亮的圆点)的地方,能量高度集中,最少可达300℃
