本组共15例,男12例,女3例,年龄56～75岁,糖尿病程2个月～16年,均为Ⅱ型糖尿病,用胰岛素或降糖药治疗过程中引发低血糖昏迷,经抢救无一例因低血糖死亡。其诱发因素为药物相互作用、肾功能不全、节食过度、用药量过大。本文对药物相互作用等诱因引发的低血糖昏迷进行了讨论。
The group of 15 patients, 12 males and 3 females, aged 56 to 75 years, duration of diabetes from 2 months to 16 years, are type II diabetes, insulin or hypoglycemic agents in the process of hypoglycemic coma caused by the No one died of hypoglycemia.
