十六大报告明确提出要“正确处理虚拟经济和实体经济的关系”,“推动资本市场的改革开放和稳定发展”,不仅明确了资本市场今后工作的基调,同时也为中国证券市场在新形势下的发展指明了方向。以十六大报告为指针,对于理解长期以来困扰中国股票市场发展的国有股流通问题,找出合理解决这一问题的途径应大有裨益。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to “correctly handle the relationship between the fictitious economy and the real economy” and “promote the reform, opening up and steady development of the capital market”. This not only clarifies the keynote of capital market’s future work, The development under points out the way. Taking the report of the 16th CPC National Congress as a guideline, we should find it helpful to find a solution to this issue if we understand the circulation of state-owned stocks that have long plagued the development of China’s stock market.
