学习型组织作为一种组织管理方式,为组织对环境变化的长期适应提供了保障。本文结合谷歌、IBM和柯达等企业进行具体分析,从塑造明确的组织文化、创建配套的基础设施以及将学习与工作相结合,推进创新这三个方面来对学习型组织的创建路径进行探讨,并且针对目前的实际情况提出在创建学习型组织的过程中遭遇的挑战和困境。
As an organizational management method, learning organizations provide guarantees for organizations’ long-term adaptation to environmental changes. This article combines specific analysis of companies such as Google, IBM, and Kodak to explore the creation path of learning organizations from the following aspects: shaping a clear organizational culture, creating supporting infrastructure, integrating learning and work, and promoting innovation. And for the current actual situation, the challenges and dilemmas encountered in the process of creating a learning organization are proposed.
