本文通过对和谐校园文化内涵的阐述,从教职工文体活动内涵以及调查问卷就目前学校开展的教职工文体兴趣小组现状进行分析,论述了高校教职工文体活动在推动和谐校园文化建设中的作用,应充分发挥教职工文体活动在构建高校和谐校园文化中的作用,积极推动和谐校园文化建设。
