主席、各位同志: 我們內蒙古代表团完全同意李登瀛同志的講話和裴丽生同志的报告。这次会議,我們代表团的全体同志認为是一次促进会,是一次向沙漠进軍的动員会,是一次建設社会主义和共产主义的会議。我們决心在內蒙古党委的領導下,动員全区人民,为改造沙漠,为人类造福的这个偉大的理想和規划的实現而奋斗。 內蒙古自治区沙漠占相当大的面積,据估算,全区沙漠面積約为三万四千五百万畝,占全区土地面積的16.4％。这些沙漠主要分布在巴彦淖尔、伊克昭兩个盟,僅这兩个盟的沙漠面積就占全区沙漠总面積的70％。其中有著名的騰格里、巴丹吉林。烏蘭布和、庫布齐、
