近年来,我国汽车工业高速发展,对汽车营销应用型人才的需求也日益增加。高校应该把工学结合作为高职汽车营销专业培养模式的突破口,以市场需求为导向,分析岗位需求能力,把学生培养成既具有汽车方面的知识,又具有营销理论的综合性汽车营销人才。本文通过探讨工业结合人才培养模式内涵、结合高职院校汽车营销专业现有突出的问题、制定出正确合理的人才培养方案,有助于提高学生的就业竞争力。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, the demand for automotive marketing talents is also increasing. Colleges and universities should take the combination of work and study as a breakthrough point in vocational training mode of higher vocational education, guided by the market demand, analyze the ability of post demand, and train the students into comprehensive automobile marketing talents with both automobile knowledge and marketing theory. By discussing the connotation of industrial training model and combining with the outstanding problems existing in automotive marketing major in higher vocational colleges, this paper formulates a correct and reasonable talent training plan, which helps to improve students’ employment competitiveness.
