On September 8, 2013, Liaoning Province Huabu Industrial Group invested 3.4 billion yuan to build the 43rd provincial-level development zone of the coastal economic zone determined by the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Government and the Liaoning Oceanic Port Lingang Industrial Zone.
