铁液或钢液的脱铜至今仍未找到理想的办法,本文中用FeS-CaCl_2,SiO_2-CaCl_2、FeS-SiO_2和FeS-SiO_2-CaCl_2等系统的渣子进行了脱铜的试验。结果表明,上述各系统的渣子都有一定的脱铜作用。含铜碳饱和铁液在和含SiO_2的渣子作用时,与发生脱铜的同时,有增硅的现象。而在和含Fes的渣子作用时,则在脱铜的同时,有增硫的现象。铁液中铜和硫的含量有一定的平衡关系,但试验结果中铜的脱除量在平衡条件下有一个极限。
In the present paper, the desulphurization experiments of FeS-CaCl_2, SiO_2-CaCl_2, FeS-SiO_2 and FeS-SiO_2-CaCl_2 systems have not been found yet. The results show that the slag of the above systems have a certain extent of copper removal.
