二套房贷政策始于房价飞涨的2007年。时隔两年,在房价再创新高之时,二套房贷收紧之风再起。这不禁让人感觉,二套房贷政策的松紧成了楼市的晴雨表。二套房贷放松之时,就意味着楼市已经转冷,进入调整期;而当该项政策收紧时,则说明楼市虚火太旺。
Two sets of mortgage policies began in 2007 soaring house prices. Two years later, when the housing prices hit a new high, the tightening of the second home mortgage rebounded. This can not help but feel, two sets of mortgage policy has become a tight barometer of the property market.
