本文应用催化法极谱研究了钢中微量钒的测定方法,进行了条件试验并拟定了适宜的分析手续。实验表明,本法适用于含钒量在0.0005~2.5%钢样中钒的测定。应用本法对15种标钢中钒的测定结果均不超过部颁规定的允差范围;对6种标钢所做的16次标准回收实验的回收率在94~109%之间;同时测定20份6-4号标钢(含钒0.05%),单次测量值的标准偏差为0.002,变动系数为4.1%。本法还具有良好的波形和选择性,分析速度也较光度法为快。
In this paper, catalytic polarography was used to study the determination of trace vanadium in steel. The conditions were tested and the suitable analytical procedures were worked out. Experiments show that this method is suitable for the determination of vanadium in steel containing 0.0005 ~ 2.5% vanadium. The results of the determination of vanadium in 15 standard steels by this method did not exceed the allowable range stipulated by the ministry. The recoveries of 16 standard recovery experiments of 6 standard steels ranged from 94% to 109% 20 standard steel grades 6-4 (containing vanadium 0.05%), with a standard deviation of 0.002 for a single measurement and a coefficient of variation of 4.1%. The law also has good waveform and selectivity, analysis speed is faster than photometry.
