用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱、透射电子显微镜以及万能拉伸试验机等研究了Sr/Al质量比对Mg-Al-Sr合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明该合金的相组成随Sr/Al值而变化。合金中主要的第二相包括Al4Sr和Al2Sr,但在不同的合金中存在的数量,形态都不同。而且在175℃时合金的力学性能也随Sr/Al值的变化而变化。当该比值取0.25时合金的抗拉强度值达到峰值。
The effects of Sr / Al mass ratio on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Al-Sr alloy were studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that the alloy phase composition with the value of Sr / Al changes. The main second phase of the alloy includes Al4Sr and Al2Sr, but in different alloys exist in different quantities and forms.
