根据直喷式柴油机抑制预混合燃烧和激活扩散燃烧可以同时降低NOX排放和燃油消耗率的原理,作者试制了在主喷孔附近设置微小孔径副喷孔以抑制初期燃烧和活化后期燃烧的组合喷嘴。在单缸柴油机上与现用的普通喷嘴进行了对比试验。结果表明:组合喷嘴的设置可使初期燃烧的放热率峰值降低40%,从而可以在不影响燃油消耗率指标的条件下使NOx排放量最低限值下降20%;而在主喷孔上游设置副喷孔时,可缩短发动机滞燃期约10%,从而可在不影响燃油消耗率指标的前提下使NOx的最低限值下降15%。
According to the principle that direct-injection diesel engine can suppress NOX emission and fuel consumption rate while suppressing premixed combustion and activated diffusion combustion, the author made a combined nozzle with a small aperture near the main orifice to suppress the initial combustion and the post-combustion activation . In a single-cylinder diesel engine with the current normal nozzle for comparison test. The results show that the combination nozzle can reduce the peak value of heat release rate of initial combustion by 40%, so that the minimum value of NOx emission can be reduced by 20% without affecting the fuel consumption index.
