使用核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)染色方法,对40例结节性甲状腺肿病变核仁组成区(NOR)变化进行研究。其中包括非腺瘤样增生结节24例,腺瘤样增生结节9例,伴有乳头状增生结节7例。另外选择甲状腺腺瘤12例,甲状腺癌10例,作对比观察。结果表明:腺瘤样增生细胞核内AgNOR颗粒均数与甲状腺腺瘤的均数比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但在非腺瘤样增生组均数分别与伴有乳头状增生组均数问,以及腺瘤样增生组与非腺瘤样增生组间,以及各组甲状腺肿瘤间进行比较,均存在显著差异。(P<0.01)结果提示:AgNOR染色方法对鉴别结节性甲状腺肿的各组织学类型及其预后的判断有重要参考价值。
In this study, 40 patients with nodular goitre disease (NOR) were studied with AgNOR staining. Including non-adenomatous hyperplasia nodules in 24 cases, adenomatous hyperplasia nodules in 9 cases, accompanied by papillary hyperplastic nodules in 7 cases. In addition, 12 cases of thyroid adenoma and 10 cases of thyroid cancer were selected for comparison. The results showed that the mean number of AgNOR particles in adenoid hyperplasia nucleus was not significantly different from that of thyroid adenoma (P> 0.05). However, there was a significant difference between the mean numbers of non-adenomatous hyperplasia and those with papillary hyperplasia, as well as between adenomatous hyperplasia and non-adenomatous hyperplasia and thyroid tumors . (P <0.01) The results suggest that: AgNOR staining method for the identification of nodular goiter of each histological type and prognosis of judgments have important reference value.
