广东省国家税务局稽查局按照“系统规划、有序推进、持续完善”的思路推行稽查标准化管理工作,提出了分三步走的工作目标,即初步目标:形成工作指南,实现稽查执法规范化;中期目标:搭建管理平台,实现稽查管理科学化;远期目标:形成良性发展,实现稽查效能最优化。广州市国税局作为第一批试点单位,经过一年的实践,取得良好成效,达到预期目标。
