据调查,目前北京市下岗职工中的党员近1.3万人,约占下岗职工总数的7%。一些单位特别是一些企业党组织能够比较积极主动地加强管理教育工作,也创造和积累了一些好的作法和经验。但从总的情况看,对下岗职工党员的管理教育工作还显薄弱。有的单位党组织对这方面工作的认识不到位,存在畏难情绪,对下岗职工中的党员不关心,不了解,不管理教育;为数不少的下岗职工党员不能保证参加党的组织生活,不能按要求接转组织
According to the survey, nearly 13,000 party members are currently laid-off workers in Beijing, accounting for about 7% of the total number of laid-off workers. Some units, especially some enterprise party organizations, can more actively manage and educate their work and create and accumulate some good practices and experiences. However, judging from the general situation, the management and education of laid-off workers and staff members are still weak. Some units and organizations do not have a proper understanding of their work in this area and are in a dreary mood.
