全苏轴承工业科学实验研究院(以下简称研究院)在1963~1965年期间试制了一种轴承套圈热处理质量自动检验机(AKC型)。该装置在实验室里经过试验后,又在萨拉托夫国营第三轴承厂进行了生产验证。 此种自动检验机利用涡流传感器可以在淬火和回火之后鉴定出套圈的热处理质量,并将其分选成《欠热》、《过热》及《合格》三类。现在第三轴承厂是利用БИЭК-59型电磁感应探伤仪来检验套圈的热处理质量,方法是以不接触方式来测量电导系数。 研究院所试制的这种自动检验机也采用了同样的测定原理,但其测量部分的灵敏度却比БИЭК-59型探伤仪的高9倍。
All-Su Bearing Institute of Industrial Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) trial of a 1963-1965 bearing ring heat treatment quality automatic testing machine (AKC type). After the device was tested in the laboratory, it was validated at Saratov State Third Bearing Factory. Such automatic testing machine using eddy current sensor can be identified after quenching and tempering ring ferrule heat treatment quality, and will be classified as “underheated”, “overheating” and “qualified” three categories. Now the third bearing factory is the use of БИЭК-59 electromagnetic induction flaw detector to test the quality of ferrules heat treatment, the method is to measure the conductivity without contact. The same test principle was used in the prototypes developed by the institute, but the sensitivity of the measuring part was nine times higher than that of the БИЭ-59 flaw detector.
