目的:探析彩超检查运用在下肢深静脉血栓形成诊断中的临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月至2016年8月连州市中医院收治的30例下肢深静脉血栓患者,均行彩色多普勒超声检查,根据临床诊断结果,对彩超检查的准确性、特异度以及灵敏度等指标进行评价。结果:本组的30例患者中,17例为慢性期,占56.67%,13例为急性、亚急性静脉血栓,占43.33%;30例血栓患者中,16例为混合型血栓,占53.33%,10例为周围型,占33.33%,4例为中央型,占13.33%;同时,30例患者中,22例病变位于左下肢,占73.33%,8例病变位于右下肢,占26.67%;20例下肢静脉完全栓塞,占66.67%,其中2例为胫后静脉,占10%,3例为腘静脉,占15%,6例为大隐静脉,占30%,3例为股浅静脉,占15%,6例为股静脉,占30%;10例为下肢静脉不完全栓塞,其中合并下肢深静脉瓣关闭功能不全3例,占30%,胫后静脉及胫前静脉1例,占10%,2例为腘静脉,占20%,4例为股静脉,占40%。。结论:临床上给予下肢深静脉血栓患者彩色超声检查,不仅准确率高,还具有可重复、操作简单、无创等诸多优点,是安全有效的一种方法。

Meanwhile, of the 30 cases, 22 cases were located in the left lower limbs, accounting for 73.33%. 8 cases were located in the right lower limbs, accounting for 26.67%. 20 cases of complete lower extremity vein embolization, accounting for 66.67%, of which 2 cases of posterior tibial vein, accounting for 10%, 3 cases of popliteal vein, accounting for 15%, 6 cases of saphenous vein, 30%, 3 cases of superficial femoral vein , Accounting for 15%, 6 cases of femoral vein, accounting for 30%; 10 cases of incomplete lower extremity vein embolization, which combined with deep venous valve insufficiency in 3 cases, 30%, 1 case of posterior tibial vein and anterior tibial vein, Accounting for 10%, 2 cases of popliteal vein, accounting for 20%, 4 cases of femoral vein, accounting for 40%. . Conclusion: Color ultrasonography in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is not only accurate, but also has many advantages, such as repeatable, simple operation, non-invasive and so on, which is a safe and effective method.
