目的:通过对样本的调查研究,突出传统教学与理实一体化教学法在外科护理学教学中的效果差异,以期能够更好地将理实一体化教学法在医学教学中进行推广。方法:将我校300名护理专业的学生随机分为实验组和对照组,通过对两组学生进行理论考试和病例分析平均成绩比较,对传统教学与理实一体化教学法的满意度进行调查。结果:两组学生成绩差异显著,p<0.05。结论:理实一体化教学法在外科护理学教学中更具优势,受到学生的广泛认可,能够更好地推进外科护理实践与教学的研究,是一种更为先进的教学方法,对医学教学研究有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: Through the investigation and study of the samples, we highlight the difference between the traditional teaching and the reality-integrated teaching in surgical nursing teaching so as to better promote the integration of the teaching of reality and physics in medical teaching. Methods: 300 nursing students in our school were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Through the comparison of the average scores of theory test and case analysis, the satisfaction of the traditional teaching and the integration of teaching methods with reality was investigated . Results: There was significant difference between the two groups (p <0.05). Conclusion: The method of integrated teaching of practicality has more advantages in surgical nursing teaching. It is widely accepted by students and can promote the research of surgical nursing practice and teaching better. It is a more advanced teaching method, Research is important.
