With the construction of digital archives, there has been a new type of file available to users for viewing and utilizing online: an electronic official document. Electronic official documents have greatly facilitated the demand for existing documents from all walks of life and improved the visibility of the archives sector. The concept of serving the community and serving the public is fully reflected by the public documents and praised by all sectors of society. However, there are still some problems in the production of some electronic official documents, such as: non-standardization, some documents not playing
