传统英语评价是教师一人独断,评价主体过于单一化,评价不重视学生的学习过程,忽视学生个性差异与全面发展。可是,小学生具有被表扬的天性,他们感兴趣的东西记得牢,反之则忘得快。在《义务教育英语课程标准》中明确指出:对小学生的评价应该采用形成性评价和终结性评价互相结合的方式,既要关注学生的学习过程,又要关注学生的学习结果,评价应该有利于学生树立自信心,促进学生在原有水平上有所发展。因此,怎样在小学英语教学
