《国家自然科学基金委员会关于申请项目评审工作暂行办法》规定:学科评审组成员“每隔两年改聘一次,每次更换三分之一,连任不得超过六年”。根据这一规定,国家自然科学基金委员会经过半年的筹备和征求意见,已完成第三届学科评审组的组建工作,并已投入1990年自然科学基金申请项目的评审活动。第三届学科评审组共56个,比第二届增加6个;拥有成员632人,比第二届增加20人。成员的分布是:中国科学院所属研究机构169人,占26.7％;国家教委直属高等学校200人,占31.7％;工业、农业,交通运输、医药卫生、国防等部门所属单位212人,占33.5％;地方所属单位51人,占8.1％。学科评审组成员中在高等学校工作的364人,占57.8％。为了进一步增加科学基金工作的透明度和公开性,现将第三届学科评审组专家名单予以公布,并热诚欢迎领导部门和社会各界对国家自然科学基金工作给予指导和监督。
“The National Natural Science Foundation of China's Interim Measures for Accreditation of Project Applications” stipulates that members of the Discipline Review Panel shall be “re-employed every two years for one third at a time, for not more than six consecutive terms.” According to this regulation, after half a year of preparation and solicitation opinions, the National Natural Science Foundation of China completed the establishment of the third disciplinary review team and has already put it into the review of the application projects of the Natural Science Foundation of China in 1990. The third disciplinary evaluation group of 56, an increase of 6 than the second; has a membership of 632, an increase of 20 more than the second. The distribution of members is as follows: there are 169 research institutes owned by the CAS, accounting for 26.7% of the total; 200 are directly under the State Education Commission, accounting for 31.7%; 212 are affiliates of industries such as agriculture, transportation, medical and health, and defense, accounting for 33.5% 51 local affiliates, accounting for 8.1%. 364 of the members of the discipline review team work in institutions of higher learning, accounting for 57.8% of the total. In order to further increase the transparency and openness of the work of the science fund, the list of the experts of the third disciplinary review team is hereby announced, and sincerely welcome the leading departments and all walks of life to give guidance and supervision over the work of the NSFC.
