高职院校档案管理存在着投入不足、人员专业素质低、制度建设滞后、技术水平滞后、服务功能差等问题。信息化背景下,需要着重从几方面改善:提高信息化管理意识,加强投入;完善制度,统一标准;注重业务培训,提高管理水平;发挥信息化优势,加强服务功能。
There are some problems in the file management of higher vocational colleges, such as inadequate investment, low professional quality, lagging system construction, backward technology level and poor service functions. Under the background of informationization, it is necessary to improve the information management in several aspects: raising awareness of information management and strengthening investment; improving the system and unifying standards; paying attention to business training and improving the management level; giving full play to the advantage of informationization and strengthening the service function.
