在总结新常态下高职教师顶岗培训必要性的基础上,从顶岗培训单位寻找、教师顶岗培训态度、顶岗培训过程管理等三个方面,分析了高职教师顶岗培训存在的问题,认为建立稳定的校企合作关系、加强顶岗培训的组织实施、端正高职教师顶岗培训的态度、强化顶岗培训的过程管理和质量考核,是强化高职教师顶岗培训的必然选择。
On the basis of summing up the necessity of vocational training in vocational colleges under the new normal, this paper analyzes the existing problems of vocational training in vocational colleges from the aspects of looking for training units, the attitude of post training and the management of post training, and concludes that the establishment of stability School-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the organization and implementation of on-the-job training, correcting the attitude of post-training of post-secondary vocational teachers, and strengthening the process management and quality assessment of post-training are the inevitable choices for strengthening the post-training of post-secondary teachers.
