当前,随着我国市场经济体制的逐渐完善,招投标制度日趋成熟。对于建筑工程而言,招投标是确定施工合同价款的重要阶段,本文阐述了我国建筑工程施工招标阶段存在的问题,并提出了几点建议。
At present, with the gradual improvement of the market economy system in our country, the bidding and tendering system has become increasingly mature. For construction projects, bidding and tendering is an important stage in determining the price of construction contracts. This article elaborates the existing problems in the bidding stage of construction projects in our country and puts forward some suggestions.
