作为一个国家政治、经济、科技等综合实力体现的大型体育场馆来说,其建设与经营基本上依靠政府的投资与管理。这种经营管理现状显然不能适应我国政治经济体育文化发展的需要,已经严重阻碍了我国大型体育场馆的正常运营。因此,本文将围绕我国大型体育场馆运营中的经营管理难题展开进一步的讨论,以期能够为我国大型体育场馆提供破解经营管理难题的应对策略,从而保证我国大型体育场馆能够实现健康、快速、可持续发展。
