随着当今市场经济体制的逐步完善,对技术人才的要求也越来越专业化和个性化,这给职业学校在技术教育中带来了严峻的挑战。升级的产业结构要求学生不仅有很强的专业理论基础和较好的敬业精神,还要有较强的实践能力。而目前职校的教学相对社会需求仍有较大差距,专业教学的改革势在必行。文章以江苏省江阴华姿职业学校(以下简称“我校”)电子专业教学改革为例,从基础课程理论和技能实训两个方面阐述了相关内容。
With the gradual improvement of the market economy system today, the demand for technical personnel is becoming more and more specialized and individualized, which brings about severe challenges to vocational schools in technical education. The upgrading of industrial structure requires students not only have strong professional theoretical foundation and good dedication, but also have strong practical ability. At present, the teaching of vocational schools still has a big gap between social needs and the reform of specialized teaching is imperative. Taking the electronic specialty teaching reform of Jiangyin Huazi Vocational School (hereinafter referred to as “My School”) as an example, the article elaborates the relevant contents from two aspects of basic course theory and skills training.
