目的了解四川大山区血吸虫病各终末宿主的排卵情况及其在血吸虫病流行过程中的地位。方法对孵化阳性的各终宿主采用 Kato-Katz法进行虫卵计数。结果居民感染率与 EPG均值两者间具有显著相关关系( P<0 .0 1 ) ;各年龄组居民的潜在污染指数 ( IPC)及相对潜在污染指数 ( RIPC)以 1 5岁年龄组为最高 ;各终宿主1 d排卵总量 ( EPD)以人为最高 ,占 88.2 3% ;牛次之 ,占 1 1 .5 9%。结论四川大山区血吸虫病人群感染率高的村 ,病人的 EPG均值也高 ,感染率与 EPG之间有显著的相关关系。 1 5~ 1 9岁年龄组的人群是当地传播血吸虫病的重点人群。四川山区的人是血吸虫病的主要传染源 ,牛次之。
Objective To understand the ovulation status of schistosomiasis end-hosts in Dashan District, Sichuan Province and their status during the epidemic of schistosomiasis. Methods Kato-Katz method was used to count eggs in each hatchery positive hatchery. Results There was a significant correlation between residents ’infection rate and EPG means (P <0.01). The residents’ potential pollution index (IPC) and relative potential pollution index (RIPC) were the highest in the age group of 15 The total EPD of each final host was 88.2% of the total EPD, followed by 11.51% of the total cattle. Conclusion The average EPG mean of patients infected by schistosomiasis in Dashan District of Sichuan Province is also high, and the infection rate has a significant correlation with EPG. People in the age group of 15 ~ 19 years old are the key population of local schistosomiasis transmission. Sichuan mountainous area is the main source of schistosomiasis, followed by cattle.
