目的 建立本实验室的SysmexXN-9000全自动血细胞分析流水线的复检规则及3R规则并进行验证评估，以提高工作质量和效率?方法 依据国际血液学学会推荐的“41条自动CBC和DC复检规则”和国内XE-2100血液分析仪复检标准制定协作组推荐的“23条复检规则”及XN-9000的性能初步建立本实验室的复检规则及3R规则，在此规则指导下对1032例样本进行分析，统计涂片复检率，对此规则进行评估并不断优化，规则建立后，选择500例样本(主要为血液病和肿瘤化疗患者病例)进行验证，评价规则的可行性和有效性?结果 “,”Objective To establish the review rules and 3R rules of Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood cell analysis in laboratory， to improve the quality and efficiency of the work. Methods According to “the 41 CBC and DC Items of International Review Rules”， “the 23 Reviews Rules” of the domestic XE-2100 blood analyzer review standards group recommended and the performance of XN-9000 ， the individualization review rules and 3R rules were established. The rules were optimized by the statistical smear rate with the instrument and microscopic examination results of the 1032 samples. Select 500 samples (mainly for blood disease and tumor chemotherapy patients) to verify the feasibility and reliability of the evaluation rules. Results The 3R rules and review rules were established for the laboratory. The examination results carried on the statistical analysis， it was positive in 224 cases (21.70%)， 50 cases of false positive (4.85%)， true negative in 743 cases (72.00%)， 15 cases of false negative (1.45%)， no blood cell disease detection. The results showed that the accuracy rate was 93.70%， and the 196 cases (18.99%) needed to be reexamined.The false positive rate was 4.00% (20 cases) and false negative rate was 3.00% (15 cases). Conclusion The false negative rate of 3% is less than 5% of the Sysmex XN-9000 review rules and 3R rules. This rules can not only improve the detection efficiency， but also prevent the omission and false detection.
