Wang is an advanced researcher and doctor of economics. He is currently the vice president and chief engineer of the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, the chairman of the Research Institute of Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., the director of the Policy Advisory Committee of the Minister of Transport and the secretary general of the secretariat of the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Transport Secretary of the Joint Meeting of Key Research Platform of Transportation Industry, Member of Central Science and Technology Commission of Jiusan Society, Chairman of Beijing Traffic Branch of Jiu San Society and enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council.
