俺社的业余农业技术学校,分为初级、中级、高级及饲养四个组,共有学员194人。其中高级班60人由高小和初中毕业生组成;中级班30人,饲养班30人(高小毕业生占20%);初级班74人由技术员、生产队长、小组长以及有经验的农民组成。高、中级班都比较集中地学习小麦、玉米、谷子、地瓜等几种主要作物的裁培管理知识,除此以外,高级班的学员们还比较系统地学习初级农校关于作物、园艺、肥料、牲口的饲料等课程。这样为社培养出了27名有初级农校毕业程度的技术员。几年来他们在社内推广了17种优良品种,培养成功5种玉米种子,推广了小麦、谷
